Herr Kiewit did the refurb of our flat in Berlin and we are very happy and content with the result. Refurbishing a flat from another country, with limited language skills, no contacts in the building trade is a very daunting project. However, Herr Kiewit and his team did not only make the best of the possibilities within the flat with a limited budget, but they also gave us peace of mind during the process. We understand that Herr Kiewit and his team usually work on larger projects, full refurbishments at a high standard, with much bigger budgets than we had at our disposal. Still, he was very helpful in finding solutions which both worked for the flat, looks great and within our budget. He was helpful in finding solutions which are practical and cost effective, taking our actual needs into account, and warning us when we were about to spend on items we wanted, but weren’t necessary for the aim of the project. Despite us not speaking the same language, we communicated well during the whole process and he and his team are skilled, effective, honest, professionals in their field with high work ethics. We will certainly contact him again for our next projects and can with hand on hearts recommend his services. He and his team are worth their weight in gold!
